360 Learning -Innovatie Workshop

360 Learning is een initiatief van de Hogeschool van Amsterdam en de Gemeente Amsterdam. Het doel van 360 learning is om studenten met het werkveld te verbinden en het werkveld met studenten te verbinden. De rol die hiervoor is neergelegd bij 360 Learning is om deze samenwerkingen te verbinden en daarmee innovatievraagstukken waaraan gewerkt wordt te accelereren. 360 Learning is een katalysator van innovatie voor de metropool regio Amsterdam.

Tijdens de informatiesessie gaan we met elkaar aan de slag om vooruit te kijken naar de uitdagingen van de toekomstmissies. In de brainstorm komen we tot nieuwe inzichten en weten we elkaar te verrassen met tips, ons netwerk en ideeën. Dit is een vuurproef van het samenwerken met de faculteit Techniek. Wil je daar mee van weten dan lichten we ook toe hoe we samenwerken op innovatievraagstukken en wat er mogelijk is.

Developments in Composite Repairs Automation Workshop

Target group: 

Modern materials such as composites are increasingly being used in the aviation industry due to their superior mechanical properties and their competitive, through-life environmental behaviour. These key characteristics make them a preferred material for lightweight and more efficient aerospace structures in civil (e.g. Boeing 787, Airbus A350) and military (e.g. NH90, F-35) aircraft which need to be maintained and repaired. The market for maintenance and repair (MRO) of composite structures is new and expected to grow fast in the coming decade.

This workshop aims to enhance the awareness of professionals of developments pertaining to composite repairs and to promote modern MRO practices. In this workshop we also explore automation possibilities of composite repairs.

Informatiesessie over de opleiding Engineering in deeltijd (bachelor)

Tijd: 10:30-11:15

Doelgroep: werkenden die zich op hbo niveau in de techniek willen ontwikkelen

In de informatiesessie wordt in een presentatie ingegaan op de essentie van de deeltijd opleiding Engineering gebaseerd op Technische Bedrijfskunde en Werktuigbouwkunde. De opleiding begint met twee gemeenschappelijke jaren met keuzevakken; in de laatste twee jaar ga je je specialiseren.

Voor deze deeltijd opleiding moet je een baan hebben waarin je je ook op hbo-niveau in de techniek kunt ontwikkelen. Voor degenen die dit niet hebben is recent een nieuw initiatief gestart genaamd beanengineer.nl waarbij een baan in de installatietechniek gecombineerd wordt met de deeltijd opleiding.

Na de presentatie is er gelegenheid om vragen te stellen. Je kunt ook een individuele afspraak maken om je eigen situatie te bespreken.

Innovative Concepts of Operations: Performance-based approaches and Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) – blended learning demo

Target group: Aviation professionals such as managers and experts involved in fields related to the improvement of operations. 

Currently we are developing a blended course on Performance-based approaches and Collaborative Decision Making (CDM). This short demo will provide a learning experience to you demonstrating what you can expect from a longer course on this topic.

We are developing this course for practitioners who work on daily operations and have general background on the aviation industry but face to design, manage or forecasted operations through innovative approaches. It will provide you with the fundamental knowledge about the new Concepts of Operations in the aviation industry to improve operations through a Collaborative Performance based framework recommended by organizations such as ICAO, FAA, Eurocontrol, CANSO, IATA, etc. It focuses on the Airport Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) approach proposed by Eurocontrol as a very successful implementation of these.

We have chosen a blended format for this course allowing our international participants to complete the e-learning material in their own pace and time but also to experience the benefits of the synchronous communication with their instructor(s) and peers sharing their thoughts and perspectives.

Information session on training possibilities about Security (ENG)

Time: 10:20-10:40

Target group: professionals in aviation and other security sensitive fields (e.g. museums) with an interest, but not necessarily a specialization in security.

Several hijackings and attacks have shown in the last century that aviation is an interesting target for malevolent parties. States and aviation companies seek the best approach to keep individuals and material secure. ICAO Annex 19 specifically addresses security, setting a worldwide standard.

Staying secure requires a flexible approach. Every solution results in new threats. A wright balance has to be found between security, safety and operation continuously. Threats can only be addressed if all employees contribute to it.

During this short information session I will will give a multidisciplinary introduction in security. Historical, psychological, legal and technological aspects will be addressed, as well as recent developments in the field of security.

Workshop over (in-company)training mogelijkheden: Circulaire Economie (NL)

Time: 11:00-11:45

Target group: professionals die zich willen specialiseren in de theorie en praktijk van de Circulaire Economie

In 2050 moeten we volledig zijn overgestapt op een circulaire economie, een economie waarin alle materialen niet eenmalig worden gebruikt, maar steeds opnieuw worden ingezet. In 2025 moet al de helft van deze transitie gerealiseerd zijn. Professionals in bedrijven en overheidsinstanties gaan hier dus onherroepelijk mee te maken krijgen. De Hogeschool van Amsterdam doet veel praktijkgericht onderzoek naar dit thema. De kennis uit het onderzoek wordt nu doorontwikkeld tot in-company trainingen voor professionals. 

Tijdens de informatiesessie gaan we met elkaar aan de slag om de opleidingsbehoefte vanuit de praktijk in kaart te brengen, zodat we modules samenstellen die professionals voorzien van direct toepasbare kennis en vaardigheden.
